As incoming freshmen at North Atlanta High School, recognized a bridge was needed to help middle and high school students and coaches build and maintain academic, arts, and athletic pipeline; middle school athletic coaches lacked resources to support middle school teams and high school arts and academic clubs/teams were struggling recruiting freshmen and sustaining student involvement
Created Future Warriors, a high school / middle school mentorship program, as the bridge
Since 2022, grew Future Warriors to 15+ clubs and organizations such as debate, orchestra, lacrosse, cross-country, track & field, softball, football, cheer, swimming & diving, wrestling, baseball, golf, volleyball, and flag football
Built sustainable model based on feedback from middle and high school coaches, principals, athletic directors, students, administration, and parents
Created application process, training, curriculum, and sustainable model where 100+ North Atlanta High School students mentor & coach middle school students to build skills and relationships and create natural pipeline of active participation when middle school students move to high school
70+ North Atlanta High School students currently serve as Mentors and 30+ high school students serve as Directors across the athletic, arts, and academic organizations; current Directors and Mentors are training younger students to become Directors and Mentors in the future

In 2023, as a sophomore, I co-founded Windows Magazine, North Atlanta High School’s magazine, including submitting grant application for funding, creating and teaching myself Adobe InDesign software and magazine design, and organizing and training magazine staff

Camp Jenny gives children from an underserved Atlanta community the opportunity to receive the love of big “brothers and sisters,” three nutritious meals a day, and phenomenal summer camp programming at a sleepaway camp each summer
Created and implemented camp programming and oversaw teen volunteer counselors at sleepaway camp
Organized annual fundraiser and contributed art in auction that raised thousands of dollars to provide students with a life-changing sleepaway camp experience
